1. The service
Block OFF is a planned AI comment moderation service for creators and teams. The product is intended to scan, classify, hide, review, restore, and report on comments from supported social platforms such as YouTube and Instagram.
Some features may be in early access, beta, private testing, or development. We may change, add, pause, or remove features as the product evolves.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the permissions you grant, and the moderation settings you choose. You must have the right to manage any social account you connect to Block OFF.
You agree not to use Block OFF to violate platform rules, impersonate others, access accounts without permission, or interfere with another user's community.
3. Moderation decisions
AI moderation can make mistakes. A comment may be incorrectly hidden, allowed, or marked for review. Block OFF is designed to help you manage risk, but you remain responsible for your community standards and final moderation choices.
We recommend using review-first workflows during setup, especially before enabling automatic actions on high-volume accounts.
4. Launch offer and payments
The founding creator offer is currently positioned as three months of early access for the price of one month. Checkout is handled through Dodo Payments. Any paid plan, renewal, refund, or cancellation terms will be shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Platform limits and availability
Block OFF depends on third-party platforms, APIs, permissions, quotas, and review processes. YouTube, Instagram, Meta, Google, or other providers may change their rules or limit access.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to every platform feature. We will try to design around platform constraints while keeping the product compliant and reliable.
